So here is my Chicken Pot Pie recipe I used tonight for supper.
2c frozen veggies thawed
2 9 inch pie shells
2 cups cooked/cubed turkey or chicken
1 can cond. cream chkn soup
1/2 c milk
1 small onion
Saute onion in small amount of oil. I didn't use the whole onion. I then added my chicken for a few minutes. Place one pie shell in pie pan. Mix in bowl onion/chicken/soup/milk/veggies. Pour in shell. Place second shell on top. crimp sides, add slits or poke with fork. Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. Voila.
