Happy Anniversary

Ahhhh......So young.......So in love.......So innocent...........SO Blind!
Do you think they know that in 12 years they will be living in a house in serious need of repairs? And that a big reason the repairs are needed is because of the 4 kids inhabiting the home? Nay......They look like they will welcome kids. I hear the girl has always wanted a big family. I wonder if she knows what 4 kids in 3 1/2 years will do to her figure. She'll be dreaming of a waist like this again. And the thought of pinning a huge bow to her butt will seem like a terribly cruel joke.
Today, January 20th, is our 12th anniversary. Tom and I are surrounded by awesome family and friends. They made our special day wonderful. It is fun to sit in the sidelines and watch all the details fall into place. The wedding I helped with yesterday brought back so many memories. The girls wore dark green dresses , like my girls. The flowers were all a darker pink but, pink none the less. The reception was in the ballroom of the Cactus Hotel, just like ours. They had tons of extra decorations but, I didn't like it any better than ours. Ours was perfect. We couldn't have all the extra columns, back drops, fountains, etc..... We crammed the ballroom and mezzanine with about 3 times as many people.
I am going to find the wedding video today and hopefully find time over the next two days to watch it with my big family.
Thank you to all of you who helped make that day such a wonderful memory.
xoxo Amy

Happy Anniversary!!!! Wow! I can't believe it's been so long ago. We've had 7 kids since then between us! I agree it was totally the kids who gave us our figure! It had nothing to do with the whole tubes of thin mints! By the way.....stay away from the Starburst! If you eat a whole thing of the it's 5 points!!! Who would have thought that flavored wax could have so much fat and calories in it!!!!! I would have rather had the GS cookies for that much!!!!!
